These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 786gem platform. By creating an account and using any part of the platform — games, payments, VIP programme or support — you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before you register or deposit.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Any suspected fraud, account sharing, money laundering or collusion will result in immediate account suspension and investigation. Funds associated with fraudulent activity will be withheld.

To register and use 786gem you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:
786gem reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include government-issued ID, proof of address or payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
Each registered user is permitted one active account on 786gem. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
Your 786gem account is personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access your account. 786gem is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to an account where the registered user shared their credentials.
You are responsible for keeping your contact and payment details up to date in your account settings. Outdated information may delay withdrawal processing or prevent important account communications from reaching you.
Dormant accounts — those with no login activity for an extended period — may be subject to an inactivity review. Any applicable policies relating to dormant account balances will be communicated in a platform notification or by email to your registered address before any action is taken.
All deposits on 786gem are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The platform does not accept or convert foreign currencies. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer and compatible debit/credit cards and mobile wallets.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per method. Current limits are displayed in the deposit section of your 786gem account at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted periodically.
Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. 786gem does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits identified as originating from a third party will be reversed and may trigger a security review of your account.
786gem does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits. Processing fees charged by the payment provider — if any — are outside 786gem's control. Deposits are credited to your PKR balance once confirmed by the payment provider. Most JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits confirm within minutes under normal conditions.
Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the payment method registered to your 786gem account. Supported withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer. Withdrawals are only processed to accounts or wallets in your own name — no third-party withdrawals are permitted.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. These limits vary by account VIP tier — higher tiers have progressively higher daily and monthly limits. Current limits applicable to your account are visible in the withdrawal section of your dashboard.
Withdrawal requests may be subject to processing review before funds are released. 786gem may request supporting documentation — including identity verification — before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds or in circumstances where unusual account activity has been identified.
Any active bonus balance associated with a deposit — including VIP cashback credits subject to wagering requirements — must have its applicable wagering conditions met before the corresponding balance can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are fulfilled will result in the bonus portion being voided.
Important: If your account has an active wagering requirement attached to a bonus, check your bonus status before submitting a withdrawal. Prematurely withdrawing may forfeit the bonus. Full details are in your account bonus section.
786gem offers various bonus promotions to registered players — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, event-specific promotions (such as cricket season and PSL promotions), and VIP-tier bonuses. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be displayed at the time the bonus is offered or claimed.
General bonus conditions that apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise:
Any attempt to exploit bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, hedging bets or using automated play — will result in bonus forfeiture, winnings voiding and account suspension. 786gem uses monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse patterns.
Participation in the 786gem VIP programme is automatic for all registered accounts in good standing. VIP points are earned on eligible wagers as described in the VIP programme page. Points accumulate toward tier thresholds and trigger automatic tier upgrades.
786gem reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds, cashback percentages, benefit structures and point earning rates at any time. Material changes to the VIP programme will be communicated to affected players through platform notifications or registered email with reasonable advance notice.
VIP points and tier status are non-transferable between accounts. VIP benefits — including cashback credits, bonus offers and enhanced withdrawal limits — are personal to the account holder and cannot be shared, gifted or transferred to another person or account.
VIP cashback credits may carry a wagering requirement as specified at the time of crediting. Where cashback is credited as real PKR balance with no wagering requirement, this will be clearly indicated in the account bonus section at the time of credit.
All games available in the 786gem game lobby use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems supplied by the game development studios. 786gem does not interfere with game outcomes. Displayed RTP percentages reflect theoretical long-term return rates as certified by the game provider — they are not a guarantee of results in any individual session.
The use of any automated software, bots, scripts or tools designed to influence gameplay outcomes, accelerate play in a way that provides an unfair advantage, or systematically exploit game mechanics is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server errors, disconnections or display errors — the outcome of any affected round may be voided. 786gem is not liable for losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond the platform's control. Disputes relating to technical malfunctions must be raised with support within 48 hours of the incident.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 786gem account login credentials — username, password and any associated two-factor authentication codes. Do not share these details with anyone, including customer support staff. 786gem staff will never ask for your password.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 786gem support immediately via the support channel in your account dashboard. You should also change your password immediately if you believe it has been compromised.
786gem implements standard security protocols to protect account data and payment information. However, the security of your device and internet connection is your responsibility. Using public Wi-Fi networks to access your account is not recommended.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 786gem and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation and potential permanent closure:
Where prohibited conduct is identified, 786gem reserves the right to withhold any balance — including real money and bonus credits — pending investigation. Where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
786gem may suspend or permanently close an account at its discretion where these Terms have been breached, where fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected, where verification requirements have not been met, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other users.
You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting 786gem support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any real money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure — after all wagering requirements have been fulfilled — is eligible for withdrawal subject to standard withdrawal procedures.
Where an account is closed by 786gem due to a breach of these Terms, the treatment of any remaining balance will depend on the nature of the breach. Balances associated with fraudulent activity may be withheld permanently. Balances in accounts closed for other reasons will be handled according to the circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
786gem collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, platform use and transaction processing. The collection, storage, use and protection of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.
By registering an account on 786gem, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. If you withdraw consent for processing that is necessary for the operation of your account, 786gem may not be able to continue providing the service to you.

786gem's liability to any registered user in connection with the platform — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — is limited to the real money balance held in the user's account at the time a claim arises. 786gem is not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses including loss of anticipated winnings.
786gem is not responsible for losses arising from a player's failure to keep their account credentials secure, from the use of the platform on unsecured devices or networks, or from actions taken by third parties who gain access to an account through no fault of 786gem.
786gem may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified through a platform notification visible upon next login, or by email to the address registered on the account. The updated date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent version was published.
Continued use of the 786gem platform following notification of changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. If you disagree with a change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
Minor updates — such as corrections to wording, clarifications that do not change the substance of any provision, or changes required by applicable law — may be made without individual notification. The current version of these Terms is always available on this page.
